If your reading this announcement then our online trade shop is open for business. Significant changes to our internal database have now been completed and our new online interface has also been updated to reflect those changes. We believe that our updated database and web-store should provide customers with a straight forward and efficient service when placing online orders or tracking their latest account details.
Many years of trading in spare parts has resulted in our database of information growing year on year. This information is then used by our sales team when helping both the trade and retail find the most difficult of spare part. The bad news is that all this information resulted in many sleepless nights for our IT boffins as moving this information from one database to another proved a much more difficult task than first expected.
Who would of thought that moving information on 1 million spare parts containing 6 million keywords would be difficult?
As a result of this problem the launch of our online web-store was delayed. We would like to apologise for any inconvenience this has caused to our trade customers.
